SimpleUP Catalog Map

What simpleup.ca sells today, rebuilt as single jobs an owner can buy one at a time, with how each one gets delivered. The recommendation is a hybrid: the owner only ever sees the hub, SimpleUP CRM runs out of sight, and our AI jobs sit in between.

The catalog at a glance

23 jobs, drawn from 31 simpleup.ca feature pages, the adopted AI skills and the two Radars. Seven more are parked.

12Ready: configure and sell
9Need a build (3 share one piece: the hub approval queue)
2Waiting on a decision from you
7Parked: need accounting, stock or payroll links we don't have

How delivery works

The owner sees

The hub

  • One login by email link, no passwords
  • Drafts to approve: replies, follow-ups, posts
  • Leads and Radar results
  • Their numbers on one page
We run

The AI jobs

  • Scheduled jobs on our server
  • Write drafts in the owner's voice
  • Rank leads, spot quiet customers
  • Nothing sends without an approval
Out of sight

SimpleUP CRM

  • Phone numbers, texts, email
  • Calendars and reminders
  • Review requests, workflows
  • Set up by us from templates

The hub already exists at hub.simpleup.ca: email-link login, the Radar lead views and the ICP wizard. The March plan to add an Insights feed with Approve / Discuss / Dismiss is the approval queue three of the builds below need.

Parked (7): get paid on time (possible later if the client invoices in SimpleUP CRM), cash forecast, bills, month-end close, tax time, restocking, payroll. Each needs an accounting, stock or payroll connection we don't have, and some of the source skills are US-only.

Where the 98 simpleup.ca pages go

Every published page and post, extracted 2026-09-26 (28,262 words). Nothing is lost: each bucket has a destination.

31 pages9,317 words

Feature pages become the 23 jobs. The benefit copy is the raw material; each job page is rewritten in the owner's words.

13 pages5,130 words

Industry pages become the "worlds". Dental, medical, lawyers, accountants, realtors, mortgage, insurance, contractors, gyms and spas, seniors' care, consultants, service businesses, franchises. They feed the scrolling persona section and one landing page per industry.

14 pages3,813 words

The 2024 packages become "Ready-made campaigns", trimmed to the ones worth keeping (decision 2).

20 pages3,292 words

Company and trust pages (home, FAQs, testimonials, partners, good-fit quiz, contact) fold into the new home, FAQ and about pages.

3 pages5,245 words

Legal stays: terms, addendum and privacy policy, updated for the new offer and billing.

17 pages1,465 words

Retire with redirects: 7 thank-you pages, 4 "next" steps, a demo-form step, an old contact form, 2 old vendor demo pages and 2 blog posts from 2015. Each gets a permanent redirect to its nearest new page.

Decisions (all made by Ralph, 2026-09-26)

  1. Where do owners answer live texts and calls?

Options: the LeadConnector phone app, a chat inbox built into the hub, or sell it as "we answer for you" with AI plus our team. Decided: the phone app now, the hub inbox later. Building an inbox is the biggest single build on this list.

  2. Which ready-made campaigns survive?

There are 13 on the old site. Decided: Local Legends, Magnetizer Suite, Event Elevator and Insight Igniter. The course and coaching ones are niche. First I check that their templates still exist.

  3. How is a Radar priced?

Each new industry needs its own sources set up. Decided: a setup fee per industry plus a monthly fee, sold only where we already have a source.

  4. The 7 parked jobs: waitlist or drop?

Decided: a waitlist button. It tests demand at no cost.

  5. Price floor

Every client needs a SimpleUP CRM sub-account. Decided: our agency plan covers unlimited sub-accounts, so there is no per-client cost floor.

  6. First build

Decided: the hub approval queue plus voice profiles. One build moves three jobs to Ready (answer every lead, win back, review replies) and adds AI drafting to posts and newsletters.
