Who is Chip?
Chip is the SimpleUP robot. He stands for the work your Simplets do: the drafting, chasing and reminding that happens overnight. Behind him are our AI tools and our Canadian team, who set everything up and look after it.
What exactly am I buying?
A Simplet: one job, done for your business every day, such as answering new enquiries or chasing overdue invoices. Chip runs it inside your tools, our team looks after it, and you decide what needs your OK.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. Every Simplet is priced on its own. Start with one and add more when you see it working. If you want several Simplets together, we can package them for you, and if you need something custom that is not in the directory, get in touch.
Will it send anything without asking me?
Only if you say so. By default, replies, orders and reminders wait as drafts for your OK. For routine messages, like appointment reminders, you can let Chip send them on his own, and switch that off any time. Heads-ups to you about something urgent always go straight away.
What if I don't use SimpleUP CRM?
Most Simplets work with your email, calendar and website forms on their own. A few, like keeping your customer list up to date, need a CRM, and we can set that up too.
Where is my data?
In the tools you already use. Chip works inside them; he does not move your customer list somewhere new.
