What exactly am I buying?
One job, done for your business every day, such as answering new enquiries or chasing overdue invoices. We set it up on a computer signed in to your tools, look after it, and you approve what it produces.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. Every job is priced on its own. Start with one and add more when you see it working. If you want several jobs together, we can package them for you, and if you need something custom that is not in the directory, get in touch.
Will it send anything without asking me?
No. Replies, orders and reminders are drafts until you approve them. The only thing that happens straight away is a heads-up to you when something urgent comes in.
What if I don't use SimpleUP CRM?
Most jobs work with your email, calendar and website forms on their own. A few, like keeping your customer list up to date, need a CRM, and we can set that up too.
Where is my data?
In the tools you already use. The computer works inside them; it does not move your customer list somewhere new.
