Bookings, reminders and rebooking.
Customers pick a time online from your real calendar. Reminders go out by text and email, and when someone cancels, the opening goes to your waitlist with one tap.
An empty chair is money you don't get back.
No-shows and phone tag cost more than you think.
Every missed appointment is time you've already paid staff for. Every "what times do you have?" call pulls someone away from the customer in front of them. Online booking and steady reminders fix most of it, quietly.
Without it
- The phone rings all day for simple bookings
- Reminders depend on someone remembering
- Cancellations leave holes in the day
- Customers forget to come back
With it
- Customers book any hour, into real openings
- Reminders by text and email, every time
- Openings offered to your waitlist in one tap
- A reminder when it's time to book again
What it looks like in real businesses.
Three businesses, and what changed in their calendar.
How it works, step by step.
- 1
Customers book online
A booking page and button for your website, Google profile and emails. It only shows times that are really free.
- 2
It confirms right away
A confirmation by text and email, with the address, what to bring and how to change the time.
- 3
It reminds them before
Reminders the day before and on the day. They can confirm or reschedule by replying.
- 4
It fills cancellations
When a time opens, you tap once and it's offered to your waitlist. The first to reply gets it.
- 5
It brings them back
When someone is due again, for a cleaning, a service or a check-in, they get a reminder to rebook.
You stay in charge.

Questions owners ask.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and the calendar in SimpleUP CRM. If your bookings live in practice or shop software, bring it up on the call and we'll check the connection first.
What do the reminders say?
You approve the wording once during setup. After that, reminders and confirmations go out on their own, because they only repeat what's already booked.
Can customers book with a specific person?
Yes. Each person can have their own calendar, or requests can be shared in turn across the team.
Can customers still phone?
Of course. Online booking means they don't have to.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. Setup is a one-time fee.
