The customers you already have are the easiest ones to keep.

A monthly hello keeps you in mind.

People forget good businesses, not because anything went wrong but because life got busy. A short, useful email once a month keeps you in front of them, brings back quiet customers and costs far less than finding new ones.

Without it

  • The newsletter you keep meaning to start
  • An email list collected and never used
  • Emails that read like ads
  • No idea whether anyone opened it

With it

  • A draft ready every month
  • Written the way you talk, about things they care about
  • Short and useful, with one clear next step
  • Opens and clicks reported each month

How it works, step by step.

  1. 1

    It gathers what's worth saying

New services, the season, questions customers keep asking and anything you tell it. A voice note works too.

  2. 2

    It drafts a short email

Under 300 words, in your voice, with one clear thing to do next: book, call or reply.

  3. 3

    You approve it

Change anything. Nothing sends until you say so.

  4. 4

    It sends from SimpleUP CRM

Only to people who agreed to hear from you, with an unsubscribe link in every email, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.

  5. 5

    You see what worked

Opens, clicks and replies each month, and a better draft next time.

You stay in charge.

Questions owners ask.

I don't have an email list. Is it worth it?

Most businesses have more than they think: past customers in their booking or accounting system. During setup we check which of them agreed to hear from you.

How often does it send?

Once a month by default. You can add a special issue for a launch or a holiday.

Is this allowed under anti-spam rules?

Yes, when it goes only to people who agreed to hear from you and includes an unsubscribe link. Both are built in.

Can it replace Mailchimp or Constant Contact?

Yes. Your list and your emails live in SimpleUP CRM, next to everything else about each customer.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. Setup is a one-time fee.
