Quotes that close.
Talk into your phone on the way back to the truck. By evening there's a clean, branded proposal priced from your own past jobs, waiting for you to check and send.
A quote lost to a slow evening is still lost.
The first clear quote usually wins.
Most owners spend an evening per job turning notes into a proposal, and each one comes out looking different. By the time it's sent, the customer has two others. A clear quote that arrives the same day, with the scope spelled out, is easier to say yes to.
Without it
- Two or three hours of your evening per quote
- Prices worked out from memory
- A different format every time
- Arguments later over what was included
With it
- A draft proposal the same day
- Prices based on jobs you've actually done
- Your logo and layout, every time
- A clear "not included" list that prevents disputes
What it looks like in real businesses.
Three rough starting points, and the proposal each one became.
How it works, step by step.
- 1
Give it whatever you have
A voice memo, photos, a call transcript, drawings or a few lines typed on your phone. No forms to fill in.
- 2
It prices from your history
It finds two or three similar jobs you've done and builds from those. If there's no match, it leaves the line blank for your number rather than guessing.
- 3
It builds on your template
Your logo, your layout and your terms. Scope in specifics, a timeline, the deposit and a clear "not included" list.
- 4
It flags what's missing
A measurement nobody took, a date nobody set. Each gap is listed so you can fill it in or state the assumption.
- 5
You check it and send it
Change anything you like. Once you approve, it goes from your email as a PDF and is logged in SimpleUP CRM.
You stay in charge.
One price. One job done.
- Proposals from voice memos, photos, notes or call transcripts
- Priced from your own past jobs and price list
- Built on your template, with a clear "not included" list
- Missing details flagged before you send
- Sent from your email and logged in SimpleUP CRM

Questions owners ask.
Where do the prices come from?
Your price list, past quotes and past invoices. It never makes up a rate. If there's nothing comparable, it leaves the line for you to fill in.
Do I need a template?
No. If you have one, it uses yours. If you don't, we set one up with you and it becomes your standard.
Can it answer a tender or an RFP?
Yes. Upload the document and it builds your response around what they asked for, with the same pricing rules.
Does it chase the customer afterwards?
Not on its own. Pair it with Follow-ups that never stop and every quote gets a nudge on day 1, 3 and 7.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. Setup is a one-time fee.
Send the quote while they're still deciding.
Add it to your plan, or talk it through with us first.
