Field guide · Campaigns and websites

Websites for your reps and dealers.

Every rep or dealer gets their own branded site with their name, number and area. You update the content once for the whole network, and each enquiry goes only to the rep whose site it came from.

Your reps want to sell, not build websites.

A site for every rep, without a web project for each.

Independent reps and dealers need a place to send customers, with their own name and number on it. Most won't build one, and the ones who do drift off-brand. A network of matching sites fixes both, and it updates in one place.

Without it

  • Reps sending customers to your head office site
  • Homemade sites with old prices and logos
  • Leads landing with the wrong person
  • Every change repeated dozens of times

With it

  • Each rep has a branded site of their own
  • Your latest content on every site
  • Each enquiry goes to the rep it came from
  • Add or change a rep in minutes

What it looks like in real businesses.

Three kinds of network, and what each rep got.

Insurance brokerageOntario · 14 brokers
The problem
Brokers sent clients to the head office site and lost track of their own leads.
The network A site each
Each broker has a site with their photo, licence number and area. Quote requests go only to them.
Real estate brokerageHalton · 22 agents
The problem
New agents waited months for a website, and older ones still used outdated branding.
The network Same branding
Every agent's site matches the brokerage brand. A new agent is added the week they join.
Home service franchiseGTA · 11 territories
The problem
One national site, and customers calling the wrong franchisee.
The network Right territory
Each franchisee has a local site with their service area. Enquiries go to the owner of that territory.

How it works, step by step.

  1. 1

    We build the master site

Your products, services, photos and brand, set up once.

  2. 2

Each rep gets their own copy

With their name, photo, phone, email and area, each on its own web address.

  3. 3

    You update once

Change a price, add a product or run an offer, and every site shows it.

  4. 4

Enquiries go to the right rep

Each form sends the lead straight to the rep whose site it came from, and logs it in SimpleUP CRM.

  5. 5

Add or remove reps any time

A new dealer is added from a short form. When someone leaves, their site comes down.

You stay in charge.

Leads stay with the repAn enquiry goes only to the rep whose site it came from. That's what gets reps to use it.
Your brand stays consistentReps can change their own details, not your products, prices or logo.

Changes reach every siteUpdate once and every rep's site is current.

One price. One job done.

Questions owners ask.

Who pays for each site, us or the rep?

Either. You can pay for the whole network or pass the cost on to each rep.

Can a rep change their own details?

Yes: their photo, phone, email and area. Products, prices and branding stay under your control.

Will head office see the leads?

By default, no. Each lead goes only to the rep, which is what makes reps trust it. You see the counts for each site.

What happens when a rep leaves?

Their site comes down, or passes to whoever takes over their area.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month, site by site.

Give every rep a site they'll actually use.

Add it to your plan, or talk it through with us first.
