After each job or visit, customers are asked how it went while it's fresh. Every customer gets the same one-tap link to Google, and anyone who had a problem can reply to you privately instead.

Your next customer reads your reviews before they call.

Most happy customers never think to leave one.

People are glad to help when they're asked at the right moment and it takes one tap. The businesses with lots of recent reviews aren't always better. They just ask every time.

Without it

  • You ask when you remember, which is rarely
  • The review link is buried or broken
  • An unhappy customer's first stop is Google
  • Weeks go by without a new review

With it

  • Every finished job gets a friendly ask
  • One tap from their text to your Google page
  • Unhappy customers can reach you directly
  • New reviews arrive steadily, week after week

What it looks like in real businesses.

Three businesses, and what one request turned into.

How it works, step by step.

  1. 1

It knows when a job is done

A completed appointment, a closed job or a paid invoice in SimpleUP CRM adds the customer to that day's list.

  2. 2

Everyone is asked the same way

Every customer with a finished job gets the same request. No picking and choosing: that is fair, and it is Google's rule.

  3. 3

It asks, by text or email

A short thank-you with a one-tap link to your Google review page, sent from your business at a sensible hour.

  4. 4

    One friendly reminder

If they haven't left a review after a few days, one reminder goes out. Then it stops.

  5. 5

    Problems reach you too

Anyone can reply to the message instead. A reply that sounds unhappy is texted to you right away, so you can make it right.

Questions owners ask.

Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?

Yes. What Google doesn't allow is paying for reviews or asking only happy customers. Here everyone gets the same link, and unhappy customers are simply also offered a way to reach you.

Will it reply to reviews too?

Not this job. Review replies in your voice are a separate job we're building now.

Text or email?

Whichever the customer used with you. Most people answer a text sooner.

What about Facebook or industry sites?

Google is the default because it's where most people look first. You can point the link at Facebook or an industry site instead, for every customer.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. Setup is a one-time fee.
