7:30 AM The front desk starts the day with the phones quiet.
Reminders went out last night with the address, parking and what to bring. Fewer calls asking for directions, and two open slots already went to the waitlist.
Pick one Simplet or ten. Chip does the work overnight, then waits for your OK or sends it on his own. You choose, job by job.
A day at Lakeshore Family Health in Etobicoke. Same computer, their jobs.
What kind of business do you run?
Reminders went out last night with the address, parking and what to bring. Fewer calls asking for directions, and two open slots already went to the waitlist.
Anyone who missed a visit gets a friendly note to rebook, then a nudge two days later. Everyone seen this week gets the same short thank-you with a link to your Google page, and can reply privately instead.
The monthly patient email with holiday hours and flu shot clinic dates is ready for the morning. A clear receptionist job post was written from a ten-minute form.
Every job above is priced on its own. Start with one.
Every Simplet is its own small product with its own price. Take one, try it for a month, add another when you're ready.
You don't log in to a new system or train your staff. Chip runs everything on our side. You approve from your phone, or let him run.
Choose one Simplet or several. Each has its own price, and there are no bundles to decode.

Anything written in your name waits for your OK in one simple list, unless you have told Chip to send it on his own. Urgent things reach your phone right away.
Chip is the SimpleUP robot. He stands for the work your Simplets do: the drafting, chasing and reminding that happens overnight. Behind him are our AI tools and our Canadian team, who set everything up and look after it.
A Simplet: one job, done for your business every day, such as answering new enquiries or chasing overdue invoices. Chip runs it inside your tools, our team looks after it, and you decide what needs your OK.
No. Every Simplet is priced on its own. Start with one and add more when you see it working. If you want several Simplets together, we can package them for you, and if you need something custom that is not in the directory, get in touch.
Only if you say so. By default, replies, orders and reminders wait as drafts for your OK. For routine messages, like appointment reminders, you can let Chip send them on his own, and switch that off any time. Heads-ups to you about something urgent always go straight away.
Most Simplets work with your email, calendar and website forms on their own. A few, like keeping your customer list up to date, need a CRM, and we can set that up too.
In the tools you already use. Chip works inside them; he does not move your customer list somewhere new.
See a day of it working, then pick the one you want.
